The Night of Tears

“I lay in bed at night crying to myself. The only one who loved me and watched over me was someone I couldn’t see or hear or touch.” ― Marilyn Monroe

Sadness won’t set your heart free,
As the pain and trauma within,
keeps hunting and destroying the beauty in you.
In daylight as the sun shines,
So must you see the blessings of the day to dine,
But the water filled in your eyes,
block you from seeing the light,
Causing you to have a vision with no mission.

In the deep abyss of twilight’s shroud,
Where shadows dance and whisper loudly,
There lies a night of sorrow’s reign,
Where tears fall like relentless rain.

Beneath the velvet cloak of stars,
Where pain resides and leaves its scars,
A world submerged in muted cries,
In the silent realm where anguish lies.

The Night of Tears

The night of tears unfolds its tale,
In haunting echoes, a mournful wail,
Each tear a gem, each sob a song,
Of hearts that ache and dreams gone wrong.

From eyes that mirror endless grief,
To hearts that yearn for sweet relief,
The night weeps softly, without sound,
In solitude, the tears unbound.

O, how the stars in pity gleam,
Upon this melancholy scene,
Their gentle light, a tender balm,
Amidst the storm, a soothing calm.

Yet still, the night is fraught with pain,
As memories fall like autumn rain,
Each drop is a memory, a cherished loss,
A fleeting dream turned into dross.

The Night of Tears

In quiet corners, hidden deep,
The secrets that the night will keep,
Of loves forsaken, hopes betrayed,
In moonlit tears, the price is paid.

But even in this darkest hour,
There blooms a fragile, fleeting flower,
For in the tears that softly weep,
Lies strength anew, a promise deep.

For from the ashes of despair,
A phoenix rises, strong and rare,
With wings unfurled, it soars above,
A testament to hope and love.

So though the night of tears may fall,
And sorrow cast its heavy pall,
Within the darkness, a spark appears,
To light the way, to calm the fears.

For every tear that stains the night,
A beacon shines, a guiding light,
To lead us through the darkest night,
Into the dawn’s approaching sight.

And as the stars begin to fade,
And morning’s colours gently invade,
The night of tears begins to wane,
In hope reborn, in healing’s reign.

So let us cherish, let us learn,
From tears that fall and hearts that yearn,
For in the depths of sorrow’s sea,
Lies the strength to set us free.

Let the night of tears unfold,
For within its depths, truths untold,
From every tear, let healing start,
Embracing the dawn within the heart.
