Don't Judge Me

Don’t judge because of what you think and feel it’s true/ fact; for you never know the wounds someone sustain to still make you smile… Xylosemagazine

In the shadows where whispers weave,
Lies a heart that longs to believe,
In the kindness that’s often unseen,
Beyond the judgments, harsh and keen.

Don’t judge me by my quiet guise,
Or the tears that fill my eyes,
For beneath the surface, deep and true,
Lies a spirit, strong and new.

You see my flaws, my scars so bare,
But do you know the burdens I bear?
Each line on my face, a tale untold,
Of battles fought and dreams of gold.

Don't Judge Me
people pointing accusing fingers at you but you’re innocent of their judgement…

Don’t judge the color of my skin,
Or the place where I begin,
For diversity is life’s own art,
A mosaic of every heart.

Walk with me, in shoes unknown,
Feel the trials that I’ve grown,
Empathy, the bridge we build,
To understand, to be fulfilled.

Let’s break the chains of prejudice,
With kindness as our catalyst,
For in this world, so vast and wide,
We’re bound by love, side by side.

So, don’t judge me by what you see,
Look beyond, and you will see,
A soul that’s yearning to be free,
To be understood, just like thee.

Don’t judge me because of the things you think you know about me

Don’t judge me by my past because I don’t live there anymore

For you only know my name and get to know what you have to know

If you’re to look deep into my eyes to notice my pain and how my heart bleeds,

You won’t judge me wrongly…

DON’T JUDGE ME
